Patton & Lucas Construction, Inc. was incorporated in January 2001.

The principals, Kenneth W. Patton, president and Robert F. Lucas, II, vice-president, both have extensive construction backgrounds with an emphasis on light commercial construction and residential renovation.

Mr. Patton held a Florida Certified General Contractor – “A” license since 1982. Mr. Patton’s many accomplishments include 13 custom homes, several nursing home renovations, 3 cemetery mausoleums, 2 auto dealerships and a State of Florida Juvenile Justice detention center. Mr. Patton is the licensed corporate qualifier for Patton & Lucas Construction, Inc.

Mr. Lucas is a second-generation state licensed general contractor. His experience includes, residential construction and remodeling, airport construction, laboratory construction, extensive nursing home renovation, hospital emergency room remodeling and extensive dental, medical office and professional office construction and renovation.

Since Patton & Lucas Construction, Inc. has been in business, we have built or remodeled professional offices including dental offices, law offices, car dealerships, executive suite of a national trucking company and, an investment brokerage. In addition, Patton & Lucas Construction, Inc. has remodeled or renovated more than 30 private residences and built several hurricane resistant structures, including homes. Work has included new homes, additions, facade replacements, master baths/suites, home offices, general design/build remodeling, commercial infills, build outs, and complete roof framing replacement on a 100 year old historical home in Boulder, CO.
